Front Desk Manager Jobs in India

A front desk manager handles client appointments, greetings, billing, product sales, and overall reception operations. They are the first point of contact for walk-in clients and are responsible for managing the customer experience from entry to exit.

Front desk manager salaries typically range from ₹12,000 to ₹28,000 per month depending on the salon type and city. Premium salons and chains in metros tend to offer more competitive pay along with product sales incentives.

Strong communication, customer service skills, and familiarity with appointment booking software are essential. A pleasant personality, ability to handle billing and complaints, and basic knowledge of salon services help front desk managers perform well.

Not always. Many salons hire candidates from hospitality or retail backgrounds for front desk roles if they have strong customer-facing experience. However, familiarity with salon services and terminology is always an advantage.
