Experience Required: 1+ years (Freshers can also apply)

Qualification Required: Minimum HSC Pass

Industry Preferred: Retail, Telecom , Hospitality , Aviation, Beauty & Personal Care, Automobile, Fitness & Wellness, FMCG, Gems & Jewelry, Textile & Apparel, Salon background.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle billing at the salon counter efficiently
2. Manage and maintain petty cash records
3. Welcome guests and guide them with suitable services and products
4. Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience
5. Manage inventory and stock requirements
6. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
7. Maintain salon hygiene, cleanliness, and overall upkeep

1. Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills
2. Confident and presentable personality
3. Efficient in handling cash and front desk operations
