Senior Beautician Jobs in India

A senior beautician performs advanced skincare, facial, and grooming treatments while also mentoring junior staff and handling premium clients. In many salons, they take on supervisory responsibilities and ensure service quality standards are maintained.

Senior beautician salaries in India typically range from ₹20,000 to ₹45,000 per month depending on the city, salon type, and years of experience. Those working at premium chains or handling bridal bookings can earn more through service commissions.

Most salons consider candidates with 3 to 5 years of consistent salon experience for senior beautician roles. Expertise in advanced facials, chemical treatments, and the ability to handle high-value clients are key differentiators at this level.

Experienced senior beauticians often move into training roles, salon supervisor positions, or eventually salon management. Some go on to start their own parlours or become freelance bridal artists, leveraging their client relationships and technical expertise.
