Ensure staff follows SOPs, grooming standards, and customer service protocols. Recruit, train, and evaluate team performance. Handle cash, billing, daily sales reports, and end-of-day closing. Coordinate social media content shoots and promotional activities. Encourage Google reviews and maintain the salon's online reputation
