Experience & Qualification • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a managerial role • Qualification: Graduate or MBA • Preferred Industry: Retail, Telecom, Hospitality, Customer Service, or Salon Industry Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily salon operations including staff scheduling, inventory, and customer service • Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance targets and maintain service standards • Ensure salon hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations • Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively • Conduct team meetings and training sessions for continuous development • Track and analyze performance metrics and share reports with management • Stay updated with industry trends and implement new services and techniques Core Responsibilities • Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints • Team management including motivation and conflict resolution • Inventory management (retail and consumption) • Achieve revenue targets and drive salon performance • Maintain salon hygiene and upkeep • Manage billing and basic accounting operations • Optimize capacity, assets, and resources • Focus on profitability and business growth Desired Candidate Profile • Strong communication skills • Good retail background • Presentable and confident personality Contact Details Interested candidates can share their resume or contact: 84337 18223
