Key Responsibilities * Conduct thorough client hair consultations to understand their requirements and recommend suitable cuts, colors, or treatments. * Perform precision and creative hair cutting for various hair types and lengths. * Execute advanced hair coloring techniques (global color, root touch-ups, highlights, balayage, etc.) with proper chemical safety and precision. * Administer professional hair treatments (keratin, hair spa, smoothing, cysteine, and repair treatments). * Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation following salon hygiene standards. * Educate clients on proper home-care routines and recommend appropriate retail products. Requirements & Skills * Minimum 1 year of proven experience working in a professional salon environment. * Strong hands-on expertise in hair cuts, coloring chemistry, and chemical treatments. * Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service and communication skills. * Punctual, eager to learn, and able to work well within a team.
